Have Your Voice Heard

At Witham Town Council, we value community engagement and encourage residents to have their voices heard.

What Makes a Petition Eligible?
To be considered, your petition must relate directly to Witham Town Council’s services or decisions. Please note that while all petitions are reviewed, those deemed vexatious or inappropriate will not be accepted.

-
Send it to the Town Clerk at Witham Town Hall
-
Email it to: townclerk@witham.gov.uk

What Should Your Petition Include?
To ensure your petition is eligible, it must:
-
Clearly outline the issue and the action being requested
-
Include details of supporters, such as names, addresses, and signatures
-
Provide the organiser’s contact information
For online petitions, it’s important to include measures to prevent fraudulent signatures.
